Peter writes to the church in First Peter to encourage Christians to know that there is much to rejoice over as the future is bright for followers of Jesus. But he also lets us know that we will have to navigate some rough roads as we travel toward God’s best for us. Dancing Through the Potholes comes from the wisdom that God gives us as we joyful travel by faithforward in life and at the same time deal with the troubles we do and will face.
When we say “yes” to Jesus and become a part of His great family, we are given a new identity as a child of the King of creation. There is incredible benefit to us as we now are known as one of His kids.
